An extra special blessing on home assignment in the U.S. is the beautiful autumn colors. Even though we have 4 seasons in Tokyo, fall just doesn't look and feel the same. And it is never this brilliant. Every day I am so thankful for the beautiful warm sunshine, cool nights and magnificent display of our tree-filled little northern California town. Just think...heaven will be even more glorious.
