Our home this Holiday

Just us, hanging out at home in America.
I find myself longing for and soaking up whatever is Familiar.

Yet what word is Familiar derived from?
Family.

And I have that in abundance.

My heart is full of thanks.
And I will proclaim it.

It was fun, cheap and easy to make this "Give Thanks" banner.  I stole the idea from a friend.
I just needed rough brown cord, burlap (at $3 a yard), paint, stencils and a hot glue gun.

We made this hidden chalkboard calendar by painting chalkboard paint on the inside of a cupboard.

We will raise our banner high this Thanksgiving.
The day that should characterize our dailiness.

Striving for a gratitude attitude.

I continue to count my blessings.
How about you?
