 a tropical anniversary get-away to a southern Japanese tourist island
 soaking in the sun, sand and surf of the South China Sea

On my top 10 list of fun experiences in Japan is....

Snorkling among tropical fish; exuberant colors, neon stripes, 

hand-painted by my Creator,
hiding in the sea, on display just for me;

surrounding me on all sides, almost close enough to touch before they streamline away.  

 Another rare treat on this island? Root beer floats!
Too many calories and grams of sugar consumed.

Please don't picket on our front lawn. (Oh, no worries, we don't have one!)  

We didn't kill it, it was already dead.  

So why not try a tasty Okinawa delicacy?  

Surprisingly Dolphin, of all things, was one of the many fishy entrees at the free hotel buffet.
Ever pet one at Sea World?  

Tim said it tasted like it feels, chewy rubber.

Sorry Flipper.  RIP.
