It has been great to have a dryer here in the US, especially in the winter and on those rainy days. It is so quick and easy. Especially when we come back from a trip with suitcases full of dirty clothes, it's great to get 4 loads done in one evening. Here I can do laundry any time, no thought to weather or wondering where to hang it inside. I don't know any Japanese that have a dryer and we have never had one. I will definitely miss my dryer in Japan.

Ode to my dryer
It has been great to have a dryer here in the US, especially in the winter and on those rainy days. It is so quick and easy.
