I have to admit it is really fun to be in the States during the Olympics. Sure we get to watch it in Japan, but the minimal TV coverage is pretty bias with only events that Japan is in..and good in, evidence of the very strong national pride.Also, it is fun to hear all the "behind the scene" personal strories of athletes from all over the world, something we don't see in Japan as well.
